These are what we at Floating Point Studios Ltd perceive as attributes that are most important when working within a games development studio. But above all else it is your portfolio and personality that we really care about, a good portfolio and a positive view can and will take you a long way!

- Experience in the creative industries, either previous employment or free lance contracts.
- A good knowledge of how underlying technologies and game systems actually work.
- A good knowledge of videogames and their histroy.
- Regular gaming sessions.
- Good skillz with tea and milkshakes too.
